Kasbah Boracay is also famous for it’s impromptu jams with a whole host of global and local musical talents and artists who have honoured us with their performances over the years. ( Did we mention who our managing partner is? It’s no less than Mr Stephen Lu from the much loved RIZAL UNDERGROUND band…who doesn’t take much arm twisting to get him to hop on stage and render the audience with a couple of songs.)
Kasbah has hosted live performances by global musicians such as: Noli Aurillo (Phils) Abbo Abandonado (UK), Chickoy Pura (Phils), Desta Haile (UK/Eritrea), Tribu Manila (Phils), Alberto (Flamenco guitarist from Spain), Meagan Aguilar (Phils), CJ Wasu (Tabla player from India) , Joey Valenciano (Sitar player extraordinaire), Nyco Maca (Brazilian Gafiera) and not to mention Boracay’s very own Jungle Boys.
Most recently, we are very proud to have hosted the Boracay debut gig of the country’s most iconic rock legend – no less than Joey Pepe Smith.
The Kasbah Sunset Sessions
Kasbah Boracay brings back the multi-talented and much travelled recording artist, MAEGAN AGUILAR. April 25 onwards. Catch her perform your favorite rock tunes and original songs in this special return engagement.
Kasbah Boracay announces the return of the Philippines' foremost acoustic guitarist NOLI AURILLO to the Kasbah Sunset Sessions this April. Catch him every Monday, Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays at 6pm; at the home of the Boracay's best live performances and the Flavors of Morocco.
Kasbah's 4th Year Anniversary Party
In our tradition of serving unique performances to Boracay, we bring you Nykó Macá and DJ Madz Abubakar. Roasting a tropical-flavored beat recipe with electro-samba, flip-hop, reggae, dub and drum and bass. Freshly-picked originals and spicy takes on classics to cook on the freestyle floor.
